Discover The Vintage Advantage at Back Room Vintiques: A Nostalgic Haven in Mason County

Back Room Vintiques is the perfect place to shop for the vintage advantage as the holiday season approaches. Owner, Beth McBain, has always had a passion for vintage treasures since she was a little girl visiting her grandma in Portland, Oregon. Her childhood home was filled will antiques and she has grown to appreciate the stories those antiques tell.

Beth originally opened shop at the popular Finders Keepers Antique Mall in Olympia but when the building owner sold she decided to take her business to Mason County. When she saw the space in the historic Angle Building at 4th and Railroad, everything began to fall back into place.

Beth thoroughly enjoys creating tasteful displays and preparing merchandise for sale. From vintage clothing and accessories to her up-cycled and refinished furniture and decor, Beth aims to give The Vintage Advantage as folks throughout the region seek and find carefully sourced items ready to start a new life in a new home when they leave Back Room Vintiques.

Please Note – Beth is a one human show, please be mindful of store hours when planning your trip to visit such a unique gem in Mason County.

“Right as you walk in- you know this store is curated and not a collection of junk. The store even smells nice! Lots of super cute vignettes- thoughtfully placed themed. Interesting mixes of vintage, antique, and newer items. I was surprised at the prices- soooooo reasonable! I bought a cute ceramic bird, bird house, fancy hand cream, and lovely exotic soap and- I didn’t plan on that! This store is a hidden gem. Parking on the street, no restrooms, cash and card. Happy Shopping!!!”- Sandy G.
