Request for Proposal (RFP): Grant Writer Services for Mason County Economic Development Council

Mason County, WA - April 12, 2024 - You may recall a recent announcement made by us about the award of a $30,000 grant through the WA Department of Commerce, Associate Development Organization (ADO) Grant Writer Program. This vital support, allocated by the Department of Commerce, ensures that distressed rural communities like ours are not left behind in the broader economic landscape.

The Mason County Economic Development Council (EDC) invites proposals from experienced and qualified professional grant writers or firms to provide grant writing services. This RFP seeks to retain services to identify, apply for, and secure grants to fund key projects that support economic development within Mason County.

With the recent award through the WA Department of Commerce, ADO Grant Writer Program, our organization aims to capitalize on funding opportunities that align with our strategic goals, including housing, infrastructure, job training, and technical education projects.
